Hello Mr. Matt Ting, we read and understood your concerns therefore we pulled the walk-around pictures and noticed quite a few scratches on your vehicle; however, the side you are concerned about not only had scratches, but it also has a large dent. I sent you an email with the picture for reference. We are truly disappointed to have received a negative review due to the scratch you noticed upon arriving home, but based on our pictures those scratches were already there. Negative reviews not only affect the reputation of our dealership, but they also affect the employee listed in this case Richard.
