3 windows, sun roof & radiator needed diagnosis. 3 diagnostic fees. Even though run roof & windows in the same Dept. Not cool. Said I had a leak in a hose & radiator. But later said it was just ra diagnostic fees. Even though run roof & windows in the same Dept. Not cool. Said I had a leak in a hose & radiator. But later said it was just radiator not hose. Quoted 700 something But in final paper work said I would return and pay 900 something. At the end he said he didn’t charge me for the radiator diagnosis but the price was the same - just under 500 Had to wait a long time to check out Had to wait a long time for car to return I won’t be buying another Ford bc if my 2 scammy + experiences with the service Dept. The service writer came to the car at the appointed time and the car was serviced. I had an issue with the keyless entry pad that was replaced under warranty a little over a year ago. The problem was the and the car was serviced. I had an issue with the keyless entry pad that was replaced under warranty a little over a year ago. The problem was the installer did not do a good job and wind got underneath the moulding and ripped it off. The moulding broke in half and the lower half hung on by the electrical connection. The dealer said they only guarantee the work for a year and the car is out of warranty. So now I have to do it myself. The dealer used to wash the car if was dirty (quicky spray it off so it looked decent). Since they changed from Cerritos Ford to Norm Reeves Ford, no quicky washes. And, with this deal about the keyless entry pad, and out of warranty, I am looking for another service provider. I mean, I didn't mind driving from Redondo Beach to Cerritos for service before, but lately it ain't worth it especially when they don't stand behind their work. More

The time waiting was for finance was way too long, short staff. Felt forced to finance through Ford financial even tho there were other options.
