Norm Reeves sent home a coupon for $129 for a factory Battery. It just so happened that my Battery totally failed. It was Saturday afternoon, so I called the Dealer to make sure Parts had that Battery. T Battery. It just so happened that my Battery totally failed. It was Saturday afternoon, so I called the Dealer to make sure Parts had that Battery. They did! I talked to Service and was told they couldn't put it in on a walk-in that day.It was late, so I had my son jump my car, I drove to Cerritos and bought the Battery. I was resigned that a third party shop would have to install it. When leaving, I decided to poke my head into the Service Department. I was desperate, so I asked the Rep., Adrian, if they could squeeze in a Battery install. It was nearly 3:30, but he said sure bring it up.. I was so surprised, but grateful. He was a lifesaver. I have a 2015 Ford Escape, and the Battery is located on the firewall, partially under the deck lid. It would have been a nightmare to do myself, and I didn't relish going to another shop that late.
