Neglectful sloppy service Appointment for recall, over heating issue, and oil pressure. Missed work to take it in and leave it for 3 hours was offered a car wash made to wait an extra 20 minutes for it an heating issue, and oil pressure. Missed work to take it in and leave it for 3 hours was offered a car wash made to wait an extra 20 minutes for it and no car wash. Left dealership and received an alert of low tire pressure 24 , I was specifically told they were all at 35. Had to take another day plus gas to go get this checked out. I have purchased two f150 xlt and a bronco sport from this Cerritos dealership so needless to say I was very dissatisfied with the service. I also asked if the could check my fluids and was told they only check beaker fluid More
