I been an on time paying customer going on 5 years. They said it would only take about an hour to discuss options on my lease. They said they were going to run my credit to see if they could get me a lower interest rate than the one they had already quoted me. Then they lied to me and tried to get me to sign the sale papers when I did not agree on the payment and did not get an explanation on if they ever ran my credit or not. They just wanted me to sign with the interest rate they had already quoted me. After being a customer for so long they deserve no stars. Just such an aggravating experience. More
