I been an on time paying customer going on 5 years. They said it would only take about an hour to discuss options on my lease. After 2.5 hours I left not just because it they didn't keep their promise They said it would only take about an hour to discuss options on my lease. They said they were going to run my credit to see if they could get me a lower interest rate than the one they had already quoted me. Then they lied to me and tried to get me to sign the sale papers when I did not agree on the payment and did not get an explanation on if they ever ran my credit or not. They just wanted me to sign with the interest rate they had already quoted me. After being a customer for so long they deserve no stars. Just such an aggravating experience. More

Ordered a Ford Maverick through this dealer, my salesman Enrique was fantastic throughout the entire process. The dealership promises to not add any market adjustments, but they did add an “optional” paint Enrique was fantastic throughout the entire process. The dealership promises to not add any market adjustments, but they did add an “optional” paint protection package which I was able to remove, but they wouldn’t budge on the $1900 security system they installed without asking. I understand they have some sort of deal with the security system company, but this was a retail order and shouldn’t be subject to their normal “dealer added options” pricing tactics. Aside from that, Enrique and finance manager Sandra were a pleasure to work with and Santa especially took the time to make sure all my paperwork was sorted out for shipping the car to another state.
