I returned my leased car on Sunday afternoon. The dealership wasn't that busy, despite it being the last weekend of the month. He asked for my work, salary, rent info and said a soft credit check will be done on me. I wasn't happy when he told me that. He said it'd be done in 30 minutes, which was true, and then said a finance guy will go over more paperwork with me, which would take 10 minutes. It took a while for the finance guy (he told me Hugo was his name. I don't see him listed to rate on dealerrater here, so he might have lied to me). It took much longer than 10 minutes to complete. So the customer service of these guys aren't that great, unfortunately. I replaced my Ford Focus electric with a purchase of a new Nissan Leaf, just up the road. More
