Huge shoutout to Ralph Calvo, Bryan Sotelo and John Kang for making our car buying process flawless from start to finish. I’ve always had Honda’s so I was a little nervous going to a new dealership but as s for making our car buying process flawless from start to finish. I’ve always had Honda’s so I was a little nervous going to a new dealership but as soon as we walked in we felt so welcomed — we never looked back. We were actually planning to test drive a few more cars at other dealerships but we ended up falling in love with the new 2021 Bronco Sport and bought it that day! Ralph Calvo greeted us and was exceptional throughout the process. He was helpful, patient, and offered different options so we could find a payment that was right for us. He even showed us around the lot so we could see different models and followed up with us after the test drive to see how we liked the Bronco (we loved it!). Ralph stayed in touch throughout the entire process ensuring we were well taken care of. Bryan Sotelo was our salesman — he was personable and kept us informed the whole time making the process that much easier. He made sure our new car was ready to go for us and even helped us download the FordPass app, linked it with my Bronco so I wouldn’t have to worry about it, AND helped me remove my license plate frames from my old car. He also sent us a follow up text the next day to see if we had any questions. SO nice! It was an easy transition to John Kang in Finance once we made our decision and ironed out the details. The process was quick and John did an amazing job at explaining everything to us in a way that we could actually understand. He was super easy to talk with and we appreciated his advice and honesty. I also want to thank Artie Amaya who gave us info on popular packages that can be added to the Bronco and even took time to show us some examples. He’s super talented and if we do decide to add anything, I’ll definitely be going to Artie for it! Overall, it was such an amazing experience. It put us at ease having so many friendly faces and helpful people there to assist every step of the way. Thank you again to Ralph, Bryan, and John!
