Jose was attentive to my questions, he was friendly, and he was professional. I recently purchased a new Shelby GT350 and I am very apprehensive about going to a dealership for services do due past experien he was professional. On two different occasions I was waiting for phone calls from these dealer, for two different reasons. They didn't call by the time they were supposed to call. I called them (Jose Torres/Bernabe Campoz) to from these dealer, for two different reasons. They didn't call by the time they were supposed to call. I called them (Jose Torres/Bernabe Campoz) to find out what was going on why didn't they call yet but they never answered the phone, I left voicemails and waited for a response for hours but they never answered or call back, both times I had to go back to the store to find out what was going on. They once said, oh! the car isn't ready yet, we need more time!. and that's fine, but at least they should have called me to let me know. the other time I was waiting for a part that should have arrived by then and the exact same thing happened, no answer! I had to go back in person to ask if they already got the part and they said they needed about one more week to get it probably they didn’t even ordered it by then. Waste of time having to go back and forth just to get an answer. Not to mention, that it takes too long for someone to come to help you when you arrive for service. More
