I took my car to the dealership for routine maintenance and scheduled another appointment to check another issues for later on the week. When I try to go to my other appointment the car won’t start. After having to call AAA I found out my battery is massively corroded and it was not caught at my inspection. I go back to the dealership and at first they don’t seem very helpful so I speak with a manager only to have the pull up my service and find out my battery was NEVER INSPECTED! I paid for a service that was not done and with the amount of corrosion they should have caught it at one of my other inspections as well. I can’t trust that they are going to do the services they are saying they are doing and for their prices I expect my car to be well maintained since it is only 5 yrs old. More
