After leaving the Honda Service in Cerritos I realized that they did not do the tire rotation as was stated in the services. I will be more aware next time before leaving. I came for an oil change and brake that makes a sound every time I press on the brake, it sounds like wind going into a tunnel. The service adviser, Bryan Salas, told me it is a common sound for the brak every time I press on the brake, it sounds like wind going into a tunnel. The service adviser, Bryan Salas, told me it is a common sound for the brake to make on the CRV. I have driven many different cars, but never have I heard this type of sound from the brakes of other vehicles. If I have known that the CRV’s brake makes this type of sound every time you press the brake pedal and it gets worse the more you drive it, I would not have purchase the CRV. I am disappointed. More
