Dropped off car at 8:10 for a 820 appointment. Car sat in your lot until 954 when it was finally moved in to get the oil change. When the service writer wrote it up it was over $600, I didn’t have it done. Not for the little stuff that kind of adds up. The clear label in the upper left-hand side of the windshield that says when the next oil change was due, my old one was still up there I never got a new one. One oil life is under 15% every time you start up you get the maintenance screen. They didn’t clear that, they should have. And the worst was when I open my door and got in my vehicle my hand felt weird on the steering wheel. I took a look at my hand and it was full of grease. Then I looked at my door handle which was full of grease and now I’ve got grease on my steering wheel which I have sent you some leather cleaner to clean off. A complete fail More

The service rep was apologetic and removed the stains (6"x12") but unable to remove the ding. I could have taken the dealership service center to small claim court but I decided Not worth my time and stress! For a brand new $68K vehicle with less than 4000 miles and specific requests to treat my vehicle with care, I received the "less than average care" and disrespects! Very disappointed!
