I contacted Susanna Yim from internet sales at Norm Reeves Honda to ask about the new Honda Pilot. We set up a time to meet later on that day. I finally made it to the dealer and I was greeted by Mrs Y Reeves Honda to ask about the new Honda Pilot. We set up a time to meet later on that day. I finally made it to the dealer and I was greeted by Mrs Yim. I felt very comfortable with her from the get go, she took us out on a test drive (Pilot & CRV), we end up taking the CRV EX-L with the help of Susanna and the finance department at Norm Reeves. We negotiated hard but they treated us fair and at the end we felt good with our decision. If you’re in the market for a Honda I endorse Susanna she is very knowledgeable and patient with her clients. More
