Christy was very responsive and detailed by email. Cerritos did not add any market adjustment fees and their Doc fee is appropriate. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET SERVICED HERE. I dropped my car off at 8:00am for a B13 service. Michael Barr is the service agent who helped me this morning and he failed to communicate that my c I dropped my car off at 8:00am for a B13 service. Michael Barr is the service agent who helped me this morning and he failed to communicate that my car would not be serviced and returned back to me today. I called the service desk at 5:03pm to inquire on the status of my car and the receptionist said he was not answering his phone and she left a message to have him call me back with the status. I never received a call from him and it is now after hours on 3/18/2023 and I am without a car until 3/20/2023 at the earliest since they are closed on Sundays. Also, upon looking closer at my paperwork, I noticed Michael inaccurately noted he received my car at 11:00am. This is completely unacceptable service. Had I known that my car wouldn't be serviced today, I would've picked it back up and returned on a different day. I have to be at work on Monday at 8am. I absolutely cannot be without a car and Michael and the entire service team have put me in an impossible position. I was already wary of getting my car serviced because it took over 6 hours last time to get a simple oil change despite having an appointment. But after this, I will never come back. More
