I also met with other members of their team and everyone provided me honest accurate information and did their best to work with my unique situation and did not waste my time or give me some outrageous pricing and payments like other dealerships I recently went to in the past. Robert V. in financing had all my paperwork ready to go when I walked into his office which was nice cause I was on a tight schedule and they cared and did their best to not waste time. Sam explained every exact detail of my contract and terms to where I never doubted that this was not something that I could manage to fulfill and not only that I did not at any time ever feel pressured by anyone to get a car just so they could sell a car and meet a quota, and that made me comfortable because other dealerships typically screw their customers at the cost of getting a sale and that was definately not the case here. I purchased a 2017 FORD escape, it has been a nightmare. After my first year of having the car it started to stop at intersections and light. I almost got hit several times. I took the car to the dealer and they looked at me like I was crazy. I even had several videos of it happening to me, they did not want to see it. A month later I got a letter from the dealer for a recall to repair the engine turning off. 2 weeks ago I was at an intersection and my car turned off completely with transmission failure. Yes that’s right at only 3 years old I had to get it replaced and not thru the dealer. The dealer would not cover because I went over the 50,000. My car is only 3 years old and 60,009 miles and I am have to replace transmission, something is very WRONG here. I purchased an extended warranty that is even a nightmare took two weeks to get authorization and send the transmission. It’s not even a Ford transmission which probably actually better since mine didn’t last. No I don’t think you should buy any type of Ford car . You will be in the shop in one year time. I am looking into a lawyer, for my lemon ford purchase. BUYER BEWARE YOUR LIFE IS AT RISK More
