Very patient and knowledgeable! Spoke to Christy on the phone and she gave me a great price before I committed to going to the dealership. When we arrived she took us to see the Fit Spoke to Christy on the phone and she gave me a great price before I committed to going to the dealership. When we arrived she took us to see the Fit EX on the storage lot. She even brought a few other keys in case we did not like the first car . We ended up driving back the first choice to the dealership where Christy started to program my mother’s IPhone into the car . After we were satisfied with the car Christy took the car back to the prep area and we went inside. Christy walked us to her office and we started the paperwork which went smoothly . When we finally took possession , Christy ask us to thoroughly inspect the car once last time. She even took a picture of us in front of our new Fit EX and sent us the pictures. Happy ending...and it's not the type you would get from a massage parlor :-) My son and I visited Honda Cerritos looking at the 2019 Sonic Gray Hond Happy ending...and it's not the type you would get from a massage parlor :-) My son and I visited Honda Cerritos looking at the 2019 Sonic Gray Honda Civic Type R. I was expecting to pay around $3K above MSRP and that would be my limit. To our surprise, when we look at all the accessories, and mark-up, the final price came to about +$49K. My son was feeling sad that he would not be driving home with the new car he has been waiting for. I told him not to have high hope of negotiating the price down. I thanked Sandra and didn't want to waste any more of her time knowing I would not be paying the asking price. She asked me what was my price expectation and I told her that she needs to be near my Max number to even have a real conversation. She went to talk to her manager and came back with a proposal to remove accessories, and other mark-ups, and came slightly above my threshold. Since I am getting tangible accessories, I felt the price was fair, and purchased the car. The smile on my son's face made my day. I felt that Sandra went to battle for me and got me to a striking distance that allowed me to make an informed decision. I highly recommend her, and I would personally go back to her for future purchases (i.e. a daughter coming to age). More
