I purchased a 2017 FORD escape, it has been a nightmare. After my first year of having the car it started to stop at intersections and light. I almost got hit several times. I took the car to the dealer and After my first year of having the car it started to stop at intersections and light. I almost got hit several times. I took the car to the dealer and they looked at me like I was crazy. I even had several videos of it happening to me, they did not want to see it. A month later I got a letter from the dealer for a recall to repair the engine turning off. 2 weeks ago I was at an intersection and my car turned off completely with transmission failure. Yes that’s right at only 3 years old I had to get it replaced and not thru the dealer. The dealer would not cover because I went over the 50,000. My car is only 3 years old and 60,009 miles and I am have to replace transmission, something is very WRONG here. I purchased an extended warranty that is even a nightmare took two weeks to get authorization and send the transmission. It’s not even a Ford transmission which probably actually better since mine didn’t last. No I don’t think you should buy any type of Ford car . You will be in the shop in one year time. I am looking into a lawyer, for my lemon ford purchase. BUYER BEWARE YOUR LIFE IS AT RISK More
