From Happy customer to UPSET customer UPDATE: 10/23/2018😡 From happy customer to upset customer!! So, today was my CRV'S first oil change. The 1st oil change is FREE! Oh but wait... after only 6 months of purchasing this car... I am told that I need a new battery $145.00! I called and asked to speak to a manger. When Eduardo was selling this car to me he gave me a sense of security with the warranty and reliability of it. Oh... it passed a 180+ inspection points. Really? Well why didn't they put in a new battery since it was low. Today they gave me a print out showing that it was low. A battery's life can last from 3 to 4 years. That's what Peter Buckly told me 1 hour ago. Sales manager. Ok my car is a 2015. Therefore 3 years later when they sold it to me they must have known to replace it with a new one.THEN WOULDN'T HAVE AN ISSUE WITH IT ATLEAST UNTIL 2021!! They want to give only the "best" to their customers right? It was xxxx getting a hold of a manger that wanted to help me. I spoke to: Anthony Ortiz, Ricardo, Anthony..left messages for Kevin Harris, Christina Ortega (still waiting for a call back). And Mr Mike Porter is so rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. I was transferred to him. I shared with him my concern. He did not help me. He transferred my call to Peter's voicemail without me even knowing he did. No good bye, no I'm sorry, nothing!!! It seems to me they just care to make a sale.. And make a sale and make a sale. My son was about to purchase a car from them in January. I told him not to. I will not refer this dealership to anyone. Stay away!! And I dont need a bla bla bla response from customer relations. What I need is a new battery at no charge. When I purchased this vehicle 6 months ago I was decieved in thinking that I was getting into car that had everything updated. Not half way done.
