Awesome experience, honest and straight forward! I did a lot of research before leasing my new car and had reached out to over 15 Honda dealerships in the area. I knew exactly what I wanted to pay. The majority of the salesman I talked to trief to pressure me to come in or pull a bait and switch with me when trying to finalize the numbers. A lot of them give you a lower sell price but then add on "dealer installed accessories" which they charge a huge markup for. When Susanna told me she could match my target price I was honestly skeptical. But she stuck to her word and made no attempts to change any numbers on me. She stayed at the dealership hours after closing to make sure I was taken care of and prepared all the paper work ahead of time to get me out as quickly as possible. I can't recommend Susanna and Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos enough. They definitely play no games and are honest about their pricing. More
