He was calm, not pushy and addressed all of our questions. It was so nice that as we were looking at cars he had a device that would open it for us and not have to go searching for a key which saved time. Went for a test drive, Devon explained the details of the car and how they work, Always nice to learn by experience. We decided to buy the car and proceeded to the $$ cost. He was able to show us several different pricing options. Very clear. Could see exactly what we were going to have to pay. Again, not being bossy Overall a super experience and would recommend Devon to anyone wanting to buy from Cerritos Honda. Lve the car also!! More

Liars Lose We called at 1:00 and at 2:45, and spoke to two different people (men) who assured us that we would be able to test drive the Honda Type R. When we ar We called at 1:00 and at 2:45, and spoke to two different people (men) who assured us that we would be able to test drive the Honda Type R. When we arrived at the dealership at 3:15, we were directed to the reception, but were ignored by the front desk staff. We approached Said, who was loitering by the desk, and he was visibly affronted when we asked him if he was the receptionist, as if that was an OFFENSIVE assumption. Said then dismissively told us that we couldn’t test drive the car, but condescended to say we could ‘sit in the car, if we like’ like we were children that wanted to ride in our daddy’s firetruck. After getting what info we could from the car and the experience, i went up to the receptionist, who was nice and attempting to be helpful, to try to figure out who had lied to us about the cars. After a lot of cat and mouse, it was figured out that they could not track who exactly we spoke to, but they told both departments that the Type R was not allowed to be test driven. My issue is multifaceted. First of all, do not LIE to customers to try to get them into the dealership. Do not CONCEAL INFORMATION to get people in the dealership. Do not DELIBERATELY NOT ANSWER SOMEONES WRITTEN OR VERBAL QUESTIONS to get them in the dealership. I called half a dozen dealerships, and a lot of them tried playing that bullsh*t game with me. I don’t have time for that. I am calling you to get the information I want, not the information you think I need. Answer my question, TRUTHFULLY, or go work in an area where you are not a point of reference for people trying to consolidate where they are driving to get the experience and info they need. Second of all, don’t judge a book by its cover. I, a woman, came in in a crop top, and got dismissed and talked down to the entire time. Except by the people across the reception desk, who couldn’t see my exposed stomach, i guess. If you can’t handle people from all walks of life, and views on fashion coming into your establishment, then get list a dress code online. Additionally, and in tandem with the second point above, don’t shove people into wealth strata just off looks. My boyfriend and I both work in well paying, creative industries and were prepared to pay CASH for a Honda Type R, that day. Thanks you your bad attitude, judgement, lies, and condescension you just talked your way out of a sale. Shame on you for being the most negative (attempted) car buying experience of our lives, and shame on you for being so stuck in the archaic mold of ‘car salesmen’. Like the scene in the movie Pretty Woman, ‘you work on commission right? That’s a shame, I have shoppig to do.’ More
