We found a CR-V that looked good, but still not sure we left to test drive ‘the rest’ It took quite a few hours at other car lots, but we ended up coming back to ‘the best!’ We confirmed that Steven was still there and came back for the best service experience. And Peter in Finance was so cheeerful! Answering all the questions I had with a smile—-even when I asked the same question twice! It was getting too late to wait for the car wash so I came back a couple of days later and met Omar. What another great experience at Honda! As soon as I pulled into the parking lot and got out of my car RAY was there and I immediately knew he was going to treat us good. I have never had such a positive car buying experience ever and I don’t think this experience will be topped. Ray made everything pleasant and made sure we had all of our questions answered. He always told us what was going on and did only what we were comfortable doing. He was extremely fast with service and of course right to the point. Definitely recommend him to anybody who’s buying a new car and I will recommend friends and family over to him. Couldn’t have been quicker something not all salesman have. A+ More
