Susana was fantastic from start to finish. There’s a reason she’s won carsalesman of the year 4 years in row at Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos. I inquired about a 2018 Honda Accord EX via the Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos website and was contacted by Susana within an hour of submitting my application. She provided me with information about the car I inquired about and was even able tell me what my payments would be before even agreeing to meet in person. The numbers exceeded my expectations so we scheduled a time for me to test drive the car. After finalizing the deal I found out the time I chose to test drive the car was a day Susana was scheduled to be off. She never mentioned it and was awaiting my arrival to the dealership the next day. Because I had already completed the application online the process to appraise my current vehicle went smooth. While the used car salesman appraised my car, Susana and I went out to get the vehicle I picked online. Susana was able to get me in the car I wanted with the payment I wanted and also assisted in the process of returning my Acura back to the dealer. I recommend anyone reading this to give Susana a shot and making your next car buying experience as pleasant as she made mine! More
