Lore was great. We got the name of the dealership from Auto Club. Lore called that afternoon to get the information she needed. We made the appointment for 9/3. That Saturday was very busy. She spent time going over the features of this car. We went for a test drive and when we got back we told her that this car was sold. She took in to detailing right away and started the paper work. I was in the market for a new car since my Honda Civic was approaching 14 yrs and passed 225K miles. I emailed several Honda dealers for a quote and Norm Reeves had the best offer. Only one car was available in the color we wanted but it had the upgraded features. I did not want a large car payment and Monica was able to work down the price of the upgraded car.
