Sales people just care about the sales. They harrass you until they get their sale then want nothing to do with you. They pretend they have no idea what I am talking about and proceed to tell me "I need to read the contract before I sign the paperwork". they thing is I have a question about my contract. I did not care about the payment. That is fine. But I wanted to know if I could get a package removed and someone else there told me that I could I need to talk to my sales rep. But these guys are telling me that they have no idea and told me to talk to someone else. They just want you to buy stuff from them and thats it. Once your out the door they dont want to deal with any issues after that to help you out. More
