Honestly, I really thought that those stories on the radio were fake and that Honda was really trying too hard to attract new customers. I initially ended up in Cerritos auto square because I was interested in a KIA. However, I ended up in Honda and it was then that I realized that they really were not kidding about how helpful the Honda sales agents really are. I was blessed to get Ibrahim Ahmed Bendary as my sales agent and George Habib as my finance agent. Buying a new car was a huge step for me and I really did not know much of the process, but Ibrahim was able to explain things with such ease and with a great attitude. I could not have asked for a better agent to help guide me through the car buying process, he even went as far as getting me a sandwich when I got hungry. Ibrahim took it upon himself to show me that he really cared about my business and until this day I still get calls from him, as he wants to make sure that all of my questions are answered and that I am truly happy with my purchased. As I walked into the finance agent's office, I really did not know what to expect as I not an expert on on car insurance and or protection security of any sort. However, George was able to explain things to me with such great attitude and patience, that I was really able to grasp the information given. On March 20,2016 I became a car owner for the first time and I owe that to Ibrahim and George who really took me under their wing in order to leave the lot that day with a car. As a Toyota fan, it was hard to make the change to Honda, but I know that I choose the best car for me, one that will be as reliable as my Toyota corolla.
