They honored the advertised price and am very happy with the vehicle. It took a little longer in the dealership because of some confusion, but the end result was good. As soon as I walked to the dealership, I met Mario and we quickly did test drives and finalized the price of the car. Did not get a good price for my trade-in and I did not pursue. But Mario was courteous and very knowledgeable person and had no issue with him. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Mario for any Honda vehicles. Our experience through using the internet was a g I recently leased a 2014 Honda Accord LX and was helped by Internet Sales Manager Marcia Pastelin. Our experience through using the internet was a great experience. We set up an appointment and were met by Marcia who helped us choose our new car, recommended the color and opened our eyes to the difference in temperature in the color of the car (white) to a darker car. This is one detail we had never thought about when purchasing a vehicle but buying a white colored car is a more efficient car when it comes to a hot day. The actual car was cooler to the touch compared to a darker colored car. This Marcia explained and once we got in the car to test drive we did notice the difference in temperature which in turn would save us money on fuel by not having to run the AC as long. After the test drive, we had a very short wait negotiating the price, which was way below MSRP, awesome. All my requirements were met, they took my previous leased vehicle in trade, and helped us with some extra accessories as well. Marcia was also kind enough to drive my wife and kids to the nearby mall while I finished the transaction. In all it took less than a total of 3 hours, no hard negotiating and it was a pleasant experience overall. I would highly recommend Norm Reeves Cerritos to anyone in the market for a new car, and would contact Marcia Pastelin for your future purchases, thanks Marcia. More
