Don't go anywhere else! I haven't bought a car in some time and expected it to be difficult, but not THIS bad! I was about ready to give it up all together until I came in to I haven't bought a car in some time and expected it to be difficult, but not THIS bad! I was about ready to give it up all together until I came in touch with Marcia at Norm Reeves. I had been to several other dealerships and some of the sales people and managers were rude, condescending and inappropriate. Admittedly some were nice, they just couldn't give me a good deal! Marcia was great - she was never pushy - even when I left the dealership late at night without buying the car she was gracious and didn't give me a hard time. That's what made me go back and make my final purchase at Norm Reeves. OH! And I got a great deal! When I signed the papers I was surprised to find that it was BELOW the OTD price I was quoted. When does that ever happen? Don't make it hard on yourself. Just start (and finish) with Marcia! More
