You always hear horror stories of the car buying process, but we had a great time. After needing to replace my Civic I immediately e-mailed Jose to schedule an appointment to test drive some cars. Again, he made the process SO enjoyable and easy. He always answered my questions with a direct answer, not how some people dance around the answer and try to point out something else. His calm mannerisms help ease the stress of the experience as well. I was happy to go back a second time and meet with Jose again. I'm sure there will a 3rd in our future. More
