The color that we wanted was not available anywhere in the state of California and Herb kept us informed about when it would come. He said 4 weeks and it was there just short of 4 weeks. My husband and I had decided we wanted to purchase an Odyssey for our family. I knew which one I wanted already so we figured it wouldn't be too difficult. Proven wrong! I decided I'd make one more call but to a dealer up north from us. I went to the computer and typed in Honda dealers, the search came back and I decided if I was only making one more call! I'd better pick a good one. Well, seeing that Norm Reeves was #1, I figured they'd be best. From the minute I got on the phone with a very kind gentlemen I knew I had found the right place. Enrique Izquierdo was very helpful. He looked and found they had one in stock for me. We were very hesitant about driving almost 100 miles to purchase a vehicle. So, we negotiated over the phone and told him the situation we were in. He was very accommodating to our needs and made sure we were taken care of before we even made the trip! They gave us an even better price than what we could have found it down in San Diego. Enrique was there every step of the way. When we first made the phone call at 6:00pm we didn't think we would be driving up to LA to purchase a car. When we made it up there it was 8:30pm, close to quitting time! Enrique was so helpful he didn't even get to eat his dinner until after 11! Even still, he was present for everything. We even had a email from here by the time we got home after 1am! My husband is thinking of buying a new truck and we are already in talks to come back up there just to buy from Enrique again! I don't think I have EVER been happier with a dealer as I am now!
