My appointment was scheduled at 10:30am I didn’t leave until almost 1pm. An oil change should not take 2hrs plus to complete. There were multiple staff just standing around or on their phones. Honda should have more technicians on their staff. Honda should let customers know that even if you have an appointment it’s going to take over 2 hours for a basic service. More

Quick service. Took less than an hour to complete an oil change. They even checked the air filter and replaced it for me. Very much appreciated all the hard work.
