I was scammed into paying $190 diagnostic charge to fix the airbag light & seatbelt sensor that BOTH came on after having the airbag recall completed. It took way longer than expected to complete the diagn the airbag light & seatbelt sensor that BOTH came on after having the airbag recall completed. It took way longer than expected to complete the diagnostic check & NOTHING was resolved. On top of that my car was returned with other dashboard lights on that were not on previously!!! Very dissatisfied! More

Got to the dealership at closing time. Jason made sure to fight for the numbers I was looking for. It took us within an hour from introducing ourselves to shaking hands to close the deal. Can't wait to start driving our soon to be new born in our 2016 Used CRV that is in pristine condition. This is also my second time coming here from San Diego and leaving with a vehicle. The other dealerships I worked with do not have the same service as Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Huntington Beach. More
