The service was done very fast but I noticed that in every statement said that all the fluids were refilled and but the hybrid battery coolant was at minimum locks like the mechanic didn't check that fo every statement said that all the fluids were refilled and but the hybrid battery coolant was at minimum locks like the mechanic didn't check that for long time. Update,In March 2026, I brought the vehicle in for an A/C failure. The dealership replaced the condenser; however, the original condenser showed no physical signs or evidence of a leak, and post-service diagnostic readings still showed an active pressure drop. Despite this, the car was released, leaving the actual leak uncorrected. After bringing the vehicle back for recurring A/C issues, recent diagnostic numbers came back identical to the readings recorded in March. The dealership misdiagnosed the system initially, replaced a part that was not leaking, and failed to identify the true root cause—forcing me to deal with repeated service visits for the same defect. Given that this issue traces directly back to an improper diagnosis and repair at an authorized dealer! More
