Our Huntington Beach Honda dealership has deep roots, starting in 1963 when the first Norm Reeves dealership opened its doors in Southern California. Today, that same spirit runs strong here in our facility.

I would recommend Norm Reeves, particularly over Honda World, on any day. The service people are professional and don't treat you like the enemy, like most people at Honda World do after you drive your ca World, on any day. I was able to get the firmware update I needed, and Honda World apparently forgot to do the last time it was there (and I asked for it), and the person I spoke with was able to provide me with more information than I had regarding the maintenance codes. The firmware update appears to have resolved another issue. Unfortunately one issue was not resolved, but I was given the impression that Norm Reeves was roughly in the same position as I am with regard to AM radio sound quality, even though that was never stated outright. But Honda World tried to tell me I was imagining things (they didn't know I installed stereos as a side job in college). So Honda World made me think I would never buy a Honda again, and they lost a sale on a CRV sale for certain because of my experience, and possibly others. Norm Reeves Honda got me back on even footing with the brand, and when looking at my next car, I'll start at Norm Reeves. More
