- CAR DETAIL: The car "detail" was not a detail. It was more of a vacuum and wipe down with a paper towel. There was hair left in between and it wasn't even wiped down fully. That was very disappointing. Whenever you get a car from a dealership that you just bought, that is the expectation! - CAR INFO: Information about the car was non-existent. Didn't seem like any effort went in to knowing much about the vehicle. I called a day ahead to make the appointment so I'd expect some of my questions to be answered. - ATMOSPHERE- After I informed associates that Jason was helping me, they were not so friendly and were a bit standoffish whenever I would ask a question about something. - CAR READINESS- The car was not fully charged so after purchase I had to wait 4 hours for it to be charged. - Customer help- They snuck in the Lojack ($1,000) in the total price which was optional.
