Our family has bought, leased, and serviced our cars at Norm Reeves for years. Unfortunately, the last visits they have begun “recommending” added services. I feel very pressured & uncomfortable wit Norm Reeves for years. Unfortunately, the last visits they have begun “recommending” added services. I feel very pressured & uncomfortable with this new behavior. It seems they have become like the stereotypical dealerships-caring about money much more than their loyal customers.
