Went very smoothly. Battery was dying and needed new one. Went in at about 2:30pm on a Saturday without appointment. I was prepared to wait until Monday to get back but Battery was dying and needed new one. Went in at about 2:30pm on a Saturday without appointment. I was prepared to wait until Monday to get back but they were able to replace it and I picked it up 90 mins later. More
