Ever since Huggins sold to Norm Reeves service has been horrible. Atrocious. Huggins had people there that had actual relationships with customers & valued them. 3 phone calls, one hangup after extensive hold time, over one hour on phone. All this to ask about a battery that failed. Drive into service depth and was told to go to parts. Finally a manager stepped in and TWO hours later I walked out with a new battery. More
