We had a wonderful experience working with Amanda Fritts at Norm Reeves Honda. We had a transmission system issue and had received a quote from a shop for $8,000+ in repairs. I called Grapevine Honda first at Norm Reeves Honda. We had a transmission system issue and had received a quote from a shop for $8,000+ in repairs. I called Grapevine Honda first to check on warranty and the man at the service department lied and said that there was NO warranty. I had the feeling he didn't even look up the VIN I provided to him because he responded so quickly. I decided to give Norm Reeves Honda a call and Amanda Fritts answered, immediately looked it up and advised me that there IS IN FACT an extended warranty on the torque converter. She set up an appointment to get our vehicle in as soon as possible and arranged an Uber and then eventually a loaner vehicle for us while repairs were being made. She provided superior customer service communicating clearly and working through our concerns. She even coordinated other work we needed done on the vehicle. Amanda cares about the customer and treated us like family. Thank you Amanda and Norm Reeves Honda! More
