I was greeted promptly when I arrived in the service drive. Had a little wait but that is because I specifically requested Tim Kellar & he was checking out another customer. I received updates when my car was checked in and after the inspection was complete. Tim explained the warranty/battery situation as soon as my car was checked in so I would know what to expect. A couple of additional services were recommended but I declined opting instead to just complete what I originally came in for. More
