Eric did not communicate with me. He stated my car would be ready on Saturday however I never heard from him on ANY updates about my car. I messaged asking for an update on my vehicle and he didn't respond. I then called and spoke with Angel saying they would get my car ready to be picked up first thing on Wednesday. Eric then messaged me after me not hearing from him since Saturday & said my car would be ready at 5pm. This was extremely frustrating as I understand things happen especially with needing parts, however I use my vehicle for work. Had I known I needed to make accommodations for my job, I would have. I had to call in and face repercussions because of the lack of communication on Hondas end. More
I took my '17 CRV, 71k miles, always dealer maintained for an oil change and you tried to sell me over $3,700.00 in additional services, most marked as Requires Immediate Attention because the car is 8 ye for an oil change and you tried to sell me over $3,700.00 in additional services, most marked as Requires Immediate Attention because the car is 8 years old. I understand that the service department makes most of the profit for a dealer but this is the most ridiculous I've ever seen. This is the reason dealers have such a bad reputation for fleecing their customers. This is the worst you have ever tried to upsell me and I've never had any of the other local Honda dealers try this hard. I'll likely go elsewhere from now on. More
