My car was dropped off and everything I needed was taken care of. Service people were helpful and friendly. The only issue I had with the service was the time of it took to drop off my car. It took almos care of. Service people were helpful and friendly. The only issue I had with the service was the time of it took to drop off my car. It took almost 30 minutes just to drop off my car. The service took awhile as well. But, I also told them I would just be dropping off my car and leaving. So, I understand if it wasn’t “priority” since the service Department has many customers waiting in the lobby for their service to completed. :) More
