I had an unfortunate experience with Cowboy Toyota. I initially chose this specific location after viewing all the great reviews sadly my experience was awful. I purchased a vehicle May 11th. After lea I initially chose this specific location after viewing all the great reviews sadly my experience was awful. I purchased a vehicle May 11th. After leaving the dealership I thoroughly looked at the vehicle and noticed a dint on the rear passenger door. Never in my life did I think I was going to take a brand new vehicle home with a very noticeable dint. I notified Ivan the sales guy who at first was very understanding, he advised me to return with the vehicle and they would fix it. I’ve been trying to schedule a time to take my vehicle in for this repair being I live 4 hrs away. I have left multiple messages and text messages with no response from anyone. It’s now May 17th and I still haven’t received a call. I feel I was taken advantage of. I feel once they made the sale they stopped caring. This has be by far the worst experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. More
