The wait time was extremely too long for the service that I received. I didn’t get an oil change or none of the works. Just a tire rotation and replenishment of my fluids and I believe the did a visual check I received. I didn’t get an oil change or none of the works. At the 2 1/2 hour mark, I became 100% annoyed and asked for the status of my car. I was told that they were halfway done. Only then was it a priority to get my car to me as I stated the ridiculous amount of time that I’d been waiting and that I had an appointment that I couldn’t miss for the day. My appointment was at 10am.. I left at 1pm and had to fly to an appointment that I had at 2pm. I was highly irritated with this service. More
