I brought in my 2017 Avalon for a safety recall and told Carlos I wanted nothing else done but all the safety recalls. He asked to do more a second time, and I repeated to just perform the several safety re Carlos I wanted nothing else done but all the safety recalls. He asked to do more a second time, and I repeated to just perform the several safety recalls. He then sent an estimate with several thousand dollars worth of maintenance, almost all of which I've done with a local shop, such as change spark plugs at 120,000 miles and the like. I refused the estimate. I didn't hear details about my safety recall repairs until the next day when I called the dealership and was told my car was ready. I never received a call, text, or email from Carlos. After all that, Carlos only performed the one latest safety recall, ignoring all the others. I'll have to return to a dealership to get the other safery recalls performed, but it won't be Norm Reeves More
