Hit my credit, waste of time I went into this dealership two weeks ago, because I had previously bought a car from a North Coast in Akron. I spoke with Nick Thomas who appeared t I went into this dealership two weeks ago, because I had previously bought a car from a North Coast in Akron. I spoke with Nick Thomas who appeared to be extremely helpful at first. They ran and put a hit on my credit for the car I wanted for my Fiancee, however the car was in the shop. Nick advised me he would call me when the car was ready. A week went by with no phone call, I've called up there, I've e-mailed Nick and I reached out to another employee who stated she would personally talk to Nick and have him give me a call. It's been four days since then, no call. They've probably already sold the car, which is extremely disappointing again seeing as they have already hit my credit. Now if I look for a different car or go somewhere else, which I am going to do, I have to take another hit on my credit. Waste of time, absolutely do not recommend and I definitely do not recommend Nick Thomas. More
