No communications follow through. Salesman knew we were unhappy said he was going to send us an Applebee’s gift card that never showed. I was missing the owners manual and security cod Salesman knew we were unhappy said he was going to send us an Applebee’s gift card that never showed. I was missing the owners manual and security code for the door called him he said he thought is was in the truck. I repeated no it’s not but I’ll look again and he said he would look also. Showed up at the dealership asked him he said oh that’s right let me look and he found it. Truck had an imperfection on the fender he pointed out on delivery he said they would take care of that. Talked to him a couple days after sale about the manual asked him about the process of fixing the fender said it was out of his hands. Waited three weeks after the sale called him to see what was going on. He then put me on the phone with someone else asked when I wanted to drop off said I’m open he said how about the next day. Dropped it off told 2-3 days. Waited a week called to see what was going on. Service guy said they didn’t get approval for a week after I dropped off. So just over two weeks with out my truck that I use for work. The loaner was an compact suv which didn’t help much with that. More
