Rick does a great job, can answer any question and is a straight shooter. The whole experience was stress free. Then there is the fantastic deal. I received an email from Tom Reil that listed the deal and called Rick right away - the dealership forwarded me to Rick's cell phone which he answered while on his way home from work. We set up an appointment with Rick for fist thing the next day. After the call I checked every Ford dealer in the Twin Cities and could not find any deal on a 2018 Edge as good as what North Country was offering. We had purchased an Edge from Rick in 2011 for what we thought was a good deal (about $23,500) our new 2018 Edge was an end of year deal for a slightly lower price than we paid 7 years ago (!!) plus the new SUV has AWD plus some nice new features like a backup camera. We couldn't be more pleased and happy with the entire experience! More

Didnt feel like a valued customer I was interested in a 2007 expedition, first was told it was sold, then it was available, then sold again, then available again. When I came in S I was interested in a 2007 expedition, first was told it was sold, then it was available, then sold again, then available again. When I came in Saturday 12/15, Jake helped me and got the truck ready for the test drive. After the test drive, I was ready to buy. Jake had me fill out the application but was no where in sight while I was doing so. He took it when I was completed, told me to wait im the lounge. Waited 30 minutes until Brad from finance came to get me. Brad was very helpful. After the purchase, I was to get some change back for my warranty purchase (warranty was $2597, gave him $2600...they could not get me my change ($3), told to come back Monday for it. I never received my luther advantage car for my purchase. They also did not fill up my gas tank or give it a car wash before i left as new Brighton ford does. I had a quarter tank of gas...car also was pretty dirty inside as I had to detail it when I got home. Overall, I am happy with the purchase, but did not feel like a valued customer. Not sure if it price of the truck why I didn't get some of the perks that new Brighton ford did, but pretty disappointed that I did not have a full tank of gas with the purchase. I would also like my luther card for gas and car wash discounts. More
