Even though the multiple trips were inconvenient, I felt like Brent and the service team made it less painful. Brent was great at asking if I needed a loaner, keeping me updated on where they were at with the repairs and explaining what they were doing. I feel like everyone was professional and truly cared about my vehicle. I will continue to bring my car to North Country Ford for service. Great staff! More
Class Act So I brought my truck in for a regular oil change and was asked if I wanted to do the tire rotation as well. I typically only do the rotation every o So I brought my truck in for a regular oil change and was asked if I wanted to do the tire rotation as well. I typically only do the rotation every other time but the service advisor said it was only $5 extra so I said sure. Forty five or so later my service advisor shows up with my bill for $0.00 and I stand there with a blank stare. Huh? I owe zero? Well, it turns out I've been carrying around this oil change tag (5th oil change is free) on my key chain for long enough that I don't even see it anymore. Well the service folks did and the tag was full so I was not charged for the oil change OR the tire rotation. Wow! I would have continued paying for oil changes without ever collecting my freebie because I didn't even think of the tag anymore, but NCF saw I was eligible and took care of it without me even having to ask. To top it all off I got an email notifying me that a $10 Quick Lane Rebate has been requested. So at the end of the day I had great service, friendly staff, no pain, no hassle, and was paid $10 for my "trouble". I'm impressed - Thank you, NCF! More

It simply does not get better than North Country Ford! More
