Lacking attention to detail Traveled a very long distance to purchase a particular car from this dealership. It was a used car, and had issues not disclosed before I spent a day Traveled a very long distance to purchase a particular car from this dealership. It was a used car, and had issues not disclosed before I spent a day driving to MN to purchase it. The car had broken parts zip tied to the bottom of the car. Also, when they put new tires on it, they mistakenly put one of the wider staggered tires on the front of the car. I'm not sure if this was done because the wanted the blemished/damaged wheel in the back so its less noticeable, or if a technician is truly inept enough to put a 9 inch tire in front and an 8 inch tire in the rear. Either way, not good...... If you buy here, buy new - not used. Also, I was alerted that they ran my credit score 4 times, which lowered my "inquiry" credit rating from a "B" to a "D", resulting in lowering my credit score by a few points. I authorized two inquiries/applications, with two different down payment amounts. Not 4 inquiries within an hour. More

Bad visit turns out okay I brought my Vehicle in for an oil change and the mechanic forgot some tools under the hood and when he closed it, it poked a hole thru my hood. The dealer made sure they ordered a new hood, got me a rental car, and handled everything very well. Accidents happen, but handling it properly is what will bring me back! Also a pleasant surprise when I picked my car up, it was fully cleaned inside and out. Good job ! More
