Recall Work I was in to get recall work done and had a great experience. There were work stations so I could get work done- and the coffee machine ground the cof I was in to get recall work done and had a great experience. There were work stations so I could get work done- and the coffee machine ground the coffee fresh by the cup! I felt like I wasted my time I set the appointment, describing the issue two weeks prior. When I arrived, they told me, I should set up an appointment on the week day for a "serv I set the appointment, describing the issue two weeks prior. When I arrived, they told me, I should set up an appointment on the week day for a "service appointment". They looked at my car and found nothing. And suggested I set an "service appointment" I spent over two hours there for them to do nothing or suggest nothing. With previous cars, I would go to random car shops and get no satisfaction, thinking going to Ford directly I would get better results knowing I would have to pay higher price but thinking my car is in better hands. I would think someone reading the emails, should of called me or emailed me and suggested that I would need to arrange for an different appointment. More

North Country I had a lovely experience with Luther North Country. I already knew what I wanted and the specs I was looking for. I had previously went to two oth I had a lovely experience with Luther North Country. I already knew what I wanted and the specs I was looking for. I had previously went to two other dealerships and did not feel as though the salesmen had listened to me. I was on car gurus and saw my vehicle, a Hyundai Tuscon, though they didn't disclose the dealership, so I sent an e-mail to inquire further. Mark had responded with the dealership information, I just decided to go in and look at the car. I met with Mark, right away I felt comfortable with him, he listened to my needs and didn't pressure or try to over sell me, he was very accommodating. He let me have the time I needed to come to my own decision. The rest of the staff was lovely as well, Brandi the delivery coordinator & Tom my financing manager. Tom was great and making sure I had the financing that suited me best & again he didn't try to tack on any un-needed extras that wouldn't truly suit my needs. Overall I felt like the staff was really there to help you with your needs. Thank you North Country. More
