Dave confirmed what my appointment was for, and they had my rental car waiting right there. Dave called me when my car was finished (the next day, as arranged). I arrived, and my car was waiting right in front. Dave answered all of my questions and informed me that the transmission would have to re-learn my habits (part of the service was a recall to reprogram the Transmission Control Module) so it might have some unusual shifting for 1,500 miles or so. They washed it for me too, which was a nice bonus. Also, because it was the first service for this car, they took care of it for free! More

Sloppy Car Wash Very quick and done before they said they would be. However the car wash was terrible and there were streaks and water marks everywhere.
