Service for 2012 Explorer We brought our 2012 Explorer in when we had an issue with the battery going dead. When the quick lane service tested the battery it tested good. They We brought our 2012 Explorer in when we had an issue with the battery going dead. When the quick lane service tested the battery it tested good. They took the time to diagnose the issue and discovered that a module had gone bad and was draining power from the battery. They replaced the module ($650), Thank goodness for the extended warranty Geoffry convinced me to purchase when we bought the vehicle from them in November 2011. Our out of pocket expense, $100.
